Swaziland Villas is an exclusive presidential housing project located in Swaziland, Africa. Spanning 20,300m², this development integrates contemporary architectural design with the region’s natural beauty. Designed in 2016 and currently in progress, the villas feature clean lines, warm material palettes, and seamless indoor-outdoor connections, emphasizing luxury and tranquility.
As Senior Architect, Mehtap Kocaman played a key role in developing and coordinating the concept design, modeling the building structures, and designing the facades. She also supervised the master plan preparation, team coordination, and workload scheduling. This project exemplifies a harmonious balance between modern design and its surrounding landscape, delivering an elevated living experience.
