G-Plus is a comprehensive mixed-use development located in Istanbul, Turkey, designed by Suyabatmaz Demirel Architects. Completed between 2010 and 2014, the 100,000m² project combines residential, office, commercial, and hotel spaces. Featuring contemporary architectural aesthetics, the design integrates functionality with a strong visual identity, creating a vibrant urban hub.
As Project Coordinator, Mehtap Kocaman contributed to the detailed design of the project’s exteriors and interiors. Her role involved managing design development, coordinating with consultants, supervising the team, and monitoring construction progress. G-Plus is a testament to her expertise in delivering large-scale projects that balance innovation and practicality, enhancing Istanbul’s architectural landscape
